When the Uplands of Mactaggart was first established, an encumbrance was registered against each lot to set up the homeowners association. This allows the Association to collect an annual fee from all homeowners. The fees are for the period January to December of each year.
Annual Fee amounts for the Uplands HOA are $200 per property
Payment may be made by cheque or money order to the address on your invoice, made payable to the Uplands of Mactaggart HOA.
Fees can also be via e-transfer payment to: uplandsofmactaggart@gmail.com referencing your invoice number and house address in the message portion of the transfer. No security question answer is required, e-transfer payments are applied directly to the Uplands bank account.
With your email address we will provide you with an payment receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Invoices will be sent annually in Q1 and are due and payable within 30 days.
Failure to submit funds (including those in arrears and interest) will result in liens against the title.
